Bologna University entrusted us with organising the EuHEA Annual Meeting 2023, an
international event hosted by the Department of Economics. The event was held on 7 th and
8 th September 2023 at the Bologna School of Economics and Management, attracting PhD
students and researchers from all over Europe.
The aim was to ensure smooth, efficient organisation, offering international guests a personalised experience, while handling registration, payment and hospitality, along with supplier coordination, logistics and general event operations. The programme included several parallel sessions and a chance for attendees to mix at on-campus coffee breaks, lunch and apéritif. All this whilst meeting the University’s very high standards.
