I'm a private individual. Can you organize my event?
We’re sorry we can’t help you, but we currently only handle events for companies and public and private institutions.
Can you also organize medical conferences?
Currently, Studio Eventi does not have the ECM certification for organizing events in the healthcare sector.
I already have my own suppliers, can you still help me to coordinate everything?
Absolutely: we can act as your representative and manage all your suppliers to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
I have already arranged certain services, but not everything, can you still help?
Yes, we can help you build your event from scratch or provide just the services you need, such as trade show staff, interpreters and translators, catering, and so on.
From an administrative viewpoint, how does it all work?
As your one-stop service provider (unless otherwise required or agreed), you will be invoiced by us alone, thus simplifying your entire in-house administrative procedure.
How much does the service cost?
Service costs vary depending on the complexity of the project, the number of utilities included, and other parameters, such as duration, location, and so on. Contact us for a customized quote.
Language services
I am a private customer, can you still be of assistance?
Yes, our language services are also offered to private individuals and consultants.
Besides providing an interpreter, can you also deal with the technical aspects?
No problem, we have teamed up with several specialist firms and can supply such service.
I already have my own crew and equipment, can you still work for me?
Yes, if the Customer has already hired the equipment and technical crew, we can simply provide the interpreters.
I have some translations, but would like them to be checked: do you also offer proofreading/editing?
Certainly, our reviewers can check translations produced by others.
Are your translators and interpreters native speakers?
Our membership includes numerous native-speaking translators and interpreters, but that is not all. Based on customer requirements, we provide the solution most suited to achieving the best results.

Are your teachers native speakers?
When studying a language or a particular topic, a native-speaking teacher is not always the best solution.
Therefore, we assess which training would best suit its intended recipient(s) and whether a native-speaking teacher is appropriate.
Do you offer Italian courses for foreign nationals?
Yes, we can arrange Italian classes for foreign students.
What is the cost of a business language course?
Costs vary according to individual and/or company requirements. As a result, we have no standard price list, but prepare a specific estimate for each customer. Please contact us to receive a personalised quote.
Trade show and event staff
I need to fill some positions, but not others, can you still help?
Certainly, we can simply supply the staff you require without restrictions on type or minimum numbers.
In addition to event staff, can you also provide translators and interpreters?
Yes, we originally began life as a translation and interpreting agency and, as such, are in constant contact with qualified multilingual translators and interpreters covering a full range of specialist sectors.
