The Bologna University Department of Agri-Food Science and Technology entrusted us with organising the 2024 Experimental Auctions Summer School, an important international training event. This took place at the Bologna Faculty of Agriculture from 1 st to 6 th July 2024, welcoming international students and speakers for six days of training and networking.
This complex, high-profile event called for an effective across-the-board service capable of handling the entire registration and payment process (including attendance and speaker fees), logistics and hospitality, including travel, hotel and restaurant bookings, supplier coordination and other miscellaneous activities: from catering to event promotion and on-site assistance.
